Denise is a professional hair & makeup stylist with over 25 years in the beauty industry. Denise started her career in the
San Francisco Bay Area as an assistant for Fashion & Celebrity Makeup Artist, Rose Hill.
This gave Denise a fantastic opportunity to learn a variety of techniques for commercial work including print, photography,
and television, as well as weddings & special events.
After finishing her professional training at the academy of cosmetology, Denise opened a Salon with her mother, where she continued to develop and enhance her hair & makeup techniques. She also had the opportunity to expand her repertoire further by teaching at the California Makeup Academy in San Francisco.
Her experience & dedication allowed her to grow her clientele quickly and build her bridal business with wedding coordinators & photographers at some of the premiere resorts in California, including Pelican Hill Resort, The Ritz Carlton, St Regis, and the Montage.
In addition, she continued to expand her commercial portfolio, with her hair & makeup work being featured in print and online media including Orange Coast Magazine, The Knot, Wedding Wire, among others ....
